Baroque Violin

Emma-Marie has been playing Baroque violin since 2017. She attended masterclasses with Peter Spissky in Sweden and received scholarships to study at the International Baroque Masterclasses in Gaming, Austria, the Istituto Italiano Antonio Vivaldi in Venice and at the Dartington Summer School with Rachel Podger. 

Whilst living in Russia she performed with the Moscow Baroque Soloists, Opera Omnia, Arte Fakt, and was artistic director of Globus Music. Since moving to the UK she has performed as a freelance violinist with ensembles in London in the South West of England. She is a founder member of Phantasia with whom she was featured on Classic Fm. She is also a founder member of the Wessex Baroque Collective and is director of the Dorset Rural Music School Baroque Academy.
