Past Concerts

Between 2014 and 2022 Emma-Marie Kabanova was the artistic director of Globus Music, an ensemble she founded to perform Baroque and contemporary music. The ensemble consisted of a core group of musicians and invited guest soloists from Moscow's leading theatres. Here you can enjoy some highlights from past concerts and projects that Emma-Marie created with her ensemble.

Emma-Marie has always worked in musical education. In 2007 she moved to Russia where performed interactive concerts in children's hospitals and orphanages, taught music in both an elite private school and a centre for young offenders and organised concerts with Globus Music to raise money for charities working with vulnerable children. In 2017 Sir Laurie Bristow, the British Ambassador to Russia, presented Emma-Marie with a Points of Light award on behalf of the UK prime minister for this work.
